  • deliver voice messages and calls to your chosen contacts;
  • send push notifications (e.g. for new messages or incoming calls, subject to your device and in‑app settings such as "Get calls when app is closed");
  • authenticate you and enforce our terms;
  • respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations;
  • analyze usage in an aggregated, non‑personally identifiable way to improve the product; and
  • communicate with you about the Services (e.g. important changes).

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

We retain your account and profile data while your account is active. Voice messages and call-related data are retained as needed to provide the Services and as required by law. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our retention and deletion procedures, except where we must retain it for legal or safety reasons.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption where appropriate. Voice data is processed and stored in a secure manner. No system is completely secure; we encourage you to use a strong password and keep your device secure.

  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • data portability; and
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

You can manage many choices in the App: for example, which permissions you grant (microphone, notifications, photos), and settings such as "Play in Background" and "Get calls when app is closed." To exercise other rights or request account deletion, please contact us using the details below.

The Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
